Due to the perishable nature of our dry-aged meats, we cannot accept physical returns, but we are committed to ensuring you are 100% satisfied with your order. If your delivery arrives damaged or does not meet our high quality standards, please contact us within 7 days for a resolution.
Return Process

Upon arrival, immediately check your package to ensure the vacuum seals are intact and the meat is still cold to the touch.

If there are any concerns regarding the quality or condition of your items, please take clear photos of the product and the shipping label.

Email our customer service team with your order number and the photos of your shipment to initiate a claim for a refund or replacement.
- 4.Resolution Process
Our team will review your request within 48 hours and issue a credit or ship out a fresh replacement at no additional cost to you.
